ok at walmart i found these pods. they are vl and are called attitubes. pros $2, spring loaded, tough. cons hard to close . overall i would give these pods a 9/10 the only problem is they are hard to close in the middle of a firefight becouse it has a three places it snaps shut and you can only get one closed so it may fall open if you only use some of the paint in the pod if you have a tac-cap

i have these too. the only bad thing is the balls can jam at the bottom in the skinny part sometimes. but they can be unjammed by bumping the pod on your leg

Why do you need to close your pods during a game?

I just leave them open :P Saves time and effort

I also have these pods, I give them a 10/10. I don't have the closing prob, I just throw them when im done reloading, and grab em after the game. I love the 3-point tabs for fast easy opening. I highly recomend thes pods!

I got these and a pack for $20, the pods were horrible, it would take kinda longer to open the pods. I bought pbgear.com pods and I love them
current WWII reenactment funds $260/ total gear NONE

if they made it all one shape, then these pods would rule, i mean, i had one and it opned easily and stayed shut, if i had more money i would buy some

I had these years ago and hated them as pods...But as a tac cap on my A5 I loved them.

Cut the pod just before the skinny part, heat up a bit with a lightbulb and press it over the cyclone.
Since I had the clear ones it was easy to see ball count & unlike the tac caps that lock in place, chances are a tumble will not harm the cyclone.

My hand decided that the time was nigh
And for a moment it slipped from view
When it returned, it fairly burned with

From just looking at them (not trying them in a game) I like what I see. They seem to be very solid tubes that have a firm closing lid that won't open when you don't want it to.

A question, however... They seem to be longer than your standard 140 rd tube. Will they fit in SpecOps vests without a problem?
