Lets start with the basics
What: Aluminum Case
How Much: $20
Where: Home Depot
Size: 18x13x6

First off, I found it very nice. The interior was a suede type material, and the outside was aluminum (obviously). The case came with a strap, keys, dividers, and an organizer. Shown here

The inside was spacious, really huge. Here's what I have in it:

On the top I have: 5 wrenches, 5 screwdrivers, teflon tape, full freak inserts, squeege, leg harness hidden behind the organizer, and 11 tubes.

On the bottom I have my vsc phantom parted (didn't feel like rebuilding from last project), 35 12gs, allen wrench set, misc parts, and my "all american barrel" (it's a frantom in jeeps sexy american barrel sock. As you can see the items only take 1/3 of the space except for the 12gs, though i can remove the box and have them flat. So i can store 3 full sets with dividers.

Overall, a very well made case, and is well worth the price. Very strong, and spacious.

i think i have the same one, only mine also came with pinch foam. So i could do dividers like you did, or just use the foam and pinch out the forms i want.

Ooh not a bad idea at all. Definately looks nice and keeps everything well organized and protected. Plus with a pump in the case it just gives it that "special feel" ya know of taking it out and slowly putting it all back together. I was hoping to find something a bit smaller on the thickness department but can't find anything around here...

I checked the home depot in canada after seeing this post and nada... oh well.. good idea and usage of the metal brief cases tho guys!

Very nice, maybe i'll do something somewhat similar with a nice oak case.. mmm... that'd be an idea

I saw this on P.O.A.

I'd definitely like one. Looks good and looks like it'd keep your gear safe, especially during games. You can lock it up and leave your key in your pocket. :D

Yea i just picked one up at my Home Depot, i got the one with dividers not pinch foam and this thing is great.
I can put my MR2, stock, EGGY2, 16in. barrel, 7in. barrel, 12in. barrel, multiple tools and i still have alot of room left over.

Ok, this may be a dumb question, but I'll go ahead and ask. Did you guys custom make the internal storage slots and everything or are these specially make for paintball?

Well Weigel, the case is not made for paintball but is actually a toolbox made by Husky which we just use to protect our markers instead of tools. And as internal storage slot you mean the black part on the top of the case, we did not custom make it, it came with the case.

Yes, that answers my question. I think I'll have to go to Home Depot and buy one. Thanks!

Since the review of this was at the beginning of the year, do you think they'd still have this product and have the same price?

These products are a constantly stocked product. IT's not a one time sale type of deal so do not fear, they will aways be there
