Before I begin, I would like to say I enjoy playing slingshot paintball myself. However, regular common sense still applies. Check this out: http://www.ss-pb.com...tent/pstats.php. Clearly, these people are not well versed in the possible dangers of paintball. I have posted a link to 1-I's medical folder in the hopes of drilling into them some common sense. Discuss.

Although they are using slingshots, that does not excuse them from wearing the proper safety gear. Good call there Atila.

i actually looked up the FPS of a slingshot and it averages to about 200FPS, that is slightly lower than my gun will shoot on a cool day. that is definately way to fast to just be wearing safety glasses.

If you are a Christian paintballer, put this in your sig.
One day a man walked into a bar and ordered a martini, the bartender, trying to be nice, asked him what his I.Q. was, the man said it was 150, so they talked about physics and stuff.
The next day, the man walked in again, ordered another martini, and told the bartender his I.Q. was 100, so they talked about football.
The last day, the man walked in again, ordered another martini, and told the bartender his I.Q. was 20, the bartender said "YOU PEOPLE ARE REALLY GOING TO NOMINATE HILARY FOR PRESIDENT?"

They clearly are aware of the danger...

...and they actually promote safety, saying shop goggles are a bad idea, and only a few members choose to wear them. Lower down the page, at the weapon section, it also mentions safety.

Well, that makes the few members who wear shop glasses even dumber.

Yeah slingshot paintballs are brutal, it should never be played. I have the scar to prove it. They fly way faster than a gun.
