Hmm... seeing how I can only be Lieutenant now, I just might be an officer both days seeing how it's only 10 points.

And I forgot to add, the Great Lakes Rangers will be on red; as usual :D

Does anyone have an idea for a costume I can wear? Cheap to make(under like $40), not making it hard for me to play, and make me stand out are the only rules.

Store bought BK King or Ronald McDonald costumes would stick out.

Just incase anyone wanted to take a look here's the link for the MIMG07's Rules of Play.

Btw, I looked for rules concerning the use of armbands, but I didn't find any. Well, it alluded to Privates wearing narrow red or yellow bands, but there wasn't a rule saying you must wear one.

Ok Uriah,
Thanks for pointing that out about the arm bands. I have updated the 'rules' again to address that issue.
Everyone must wear the proper arm band color and rank.

YES, we are also adding a mini dead zone and re-insertion area to the north end of the playfield.

The new link to the rules is: http://www.hellsurvi...r&tipprules.pdf

From previous monster games I know that for the armband rule(s) you need two pieces of that crappy plastic "tape" you can get there but im not sure if it has to be on the arms. The people I play with and myself wrap it around the back of our googles.

Any news to where the new north side insertion will be exactly. I looked at the field map and a lot of the north side is swamp, and dense forest. I know about that first hand when i was fighting for fire base bravo on the second day.

well accourding the H.S. site, they are haveing a bunkerbuilding contest in the spring. teams of 5 get to make new bunkers for some of the back woods area and some of the more run down existing bunkers, or something like that.

so i would guess that the backfield insertion points might be some new bunkers in the far back, non scoring area of the field.
Finally a real reason to risk the poison ivy and get lost in brambles.

yeah i was out there last year and it was a mess. Plus no bunkers to hide behind. I had to whip out the old school woodsball techniques. You know, before bunkers. Hopefully they clear it out a little, and hopefully its a little drier too.

The Deathsquad will definitely be there. Probably not the entire team, but I know at least 15-20 of the core members are definitely going, as am I. I kinda have to, it's hard to lead your team from 300 miles away. Anyway we plan on being there in full force, and ready to have a blast at this event. This is one of our main scheduled events for the team, as well as the TWC. To Beaker and the GLR guys, I can't wait to see you there. I'm sure it's gonna be awesome.

I would be all over that bunker building contest. But I really don't want to spend alot on equipment rental. Plus 5 guys is a little small on th numbers size for the bunkers we've planned for our small field.
