so i got mine the other day and i love this thing....its feather light and very accurate.
i have one complaint...and its a pretty major one to.....because of the silly tip thing, the front part of the X7 will not fit. you can not slide this over the barrel. i actually had to take my knife and remove some plastic from the area to get it to fit. kind of a big problem. to be honest i wouldnt have bought the barrel if i had known i would have had to modify my marker to get it to work....

I have a 14" barrel for my Tippmann A-5, Its really nice and lite.
My gun setup is a double trigger and a Comando air-thru stock.
The accrace is good but i dont have that great of aim so it could be better.
I have had very few breaks and most of them came from the weather.
I am waiting to get a few internal up-grades for the accrause to improve.
I am very pleased with thes barrrel.

I heard that you can only use squeegees on these barrels and not swabs

i have one, its new, bgm tip. i cant verify how well it shoots, although i know it shoots arrows. i know it is light, as one person said:"like its made from cardboard". it does. the inside is slick. probably a good idea to take off the tip if you need to squeegie it. it feels well made, despite how light it is

I bought a 16" c-series and got an Axiom tip to go with it. These barrels have to be one of the lightest on the market. As for sound it is far quieter than the stock barrel, although only marginally better than my brothers 14" Proto barrel. (sound heard from the business end of the barrel) Mechanical guns are inherently louder than electos and pneumatics, so on a tippmann it will of course have less effect.
Accuracy is one of the best I've ever seen, shooting a 12" group at 25 yards. The Axiom tip hasn't proved to be a problem yet, I haven't broken a round in the barrel or marker (buy good paint), and it really gives my marker the "sniper look".
And just for the heck of it my setup:
Tippmann X-7
16" c-series w/axiom tip
Collapsing Stock
X-36 foregrip
x-short M16 mag
32 degrees remote
tactical weaver rail riser
30mm red dot scope
two point sling

I purchased one, and I wasn't impressed by it's accuracy compared to other barrels sharing it's price, so I returned it.

i got to use this in game, and i love ti. even with crappy paint. it even shot straighter than my 98 did with the same paint when the c series had a break in it.

I have only ever used the flatline barrel. The flatline is significantly louder, but I believe that my have something to do with the lack of porting.
Although, with an RT trigger, mine is the loudest marker on the field. But thats how I like it!
the regular stiffi is waaaay quieter believe me, my squad captian has a c-series with the devastator tip and i have a regular stiffi. even though there more expensive, there definatly worth it. also there the most accurate.
