1. Im a competitive runner so right when the game starts I like to sprint across the field to just past the half way point and than take like 30 seconds to set up. We play on a large field and I usually put my back to a tape/boundary so i can't be flanked and control a busy trail.
2. I like kind of a mix of crouching and prone. I will either take a knee or kneel on both knees and then bring my upper body all the way down to the ground. This makes my profile smaller as well as gives me the ability to move quickly or stand up if i have too. I also hold my gun on its side and angle the barrel upward where im going to shoot, again this reduces my profile and allows me to still shoot. I have even laid my legs down the side of a canal bank and left my upper body up on the flat ground above the bank. Worked wonders and no one expected it especially from behind such a short skimpy shrub. plus if I have to get away I can slide down the bank and away from incoming fire.
3. I prefer to take the opponents side profile or their back and I aim for the mask, gun, or pods because they are the hardest objects and allow for a hard break surface depeneding on their proximity to me, and are break easier then shooting the body.
