okay this thing is a piece of junk after ONLY TWO TIMES OF PLAY the radio pocket and the utility pocket are already coming off!!! It says it has the best material, and its coming unstiched. This vest does not have the ruggedness it proclaims. I'm very upset with this because my friends all told me great things about this company. DO NOT BUY THIS VEST SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY THE BROADSWORD!

Still take it up with them, no need to ignore the option...

I believe COPS911 makes the vests, and last I knew they had a lifetime warranty on workmanship, so if you took the time to contact them you can get the issue solved I would imagine.

Plus this is more than likely a "freak" incident as they have always put out the best vests and back it with a very good customer service...

How did you wash it? Did you throw it in the washing machine? If you want the vest to last a lifetime, you take it in the shower with you or use the hose on it.
Coming soon.

You what is is really weird? People can not post negative rewiews on this site without everyone getting all defensive. He didnt like the vest. That is a valid review. He is unbiased, which is more than I can say about 90 percetn of you people!

Thanks for the honest review dude. You do not get the respect you deserve for your honesty..

I think the major issue is that he posts a negative review without trying to solve the problem. As a customer service agent myself (not in the paintball industry), it's frustrating to find out how many people want EVERYTHING PERFECT the VERY FIRST TIME.

Customer service isn't about preventing every possible problem 150% of time. It's also about solving the problems that come up the 0.01%, as in Robert's case.

Personally, I think he should have posted something in the Customer Service section, tried a resolution, rather than get harsh about the company. If 20 of his friends said they loved their vests and the company, why is his ONE experience with it suddenly like the world's crashing in on him?

Granted, he's the unfortunate minority of the rare bad vest from COPS911. However, a simple PM and short time later would have placed him firmly in the majority of satisfied vest owners.
This is my sig. There are many like it, but this one is mine. My sig is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life. My sig, without me, is useless. Without my sig, I am useless. I must type my sig true. I must spell better than my enemy who is trying to judge me. I must type before he ridicules me. I WILL... My sig and I know that what counts in this forum is not the rounds we fire, the noise of our burst, nor the splatter we make. We know that it is the hits that count. WE WILL HIT... Before the Admins, I swear this creed. My sig and myself are the defenders of my forum. We are the masters of our enemy. WE ARE THE SAVIORS OF MY PROFILE. - Tippmann Owner #pi
