make sure..they are really good about keeping the peace..if ur equipment is failing you need to let them know..they dont want crap on the market any more then you do...remember..ur only as good as ur last job...
so let them know,with tact next time and maybe alil less hate in the tone..

and i also can't return it now because i don't have the box that it came in...
Still take it up with them, no need to ignore the option...
I believe COPS911 makes the vests, and last I knew they had a lifetime warranty on workmanship, so if you took the time to contact them you can get the issue solved I would imagine.
Plus this is more than likely a "freak" incident as they have always put out the best vests and back it with a very good customer service...

Customer service isn't about preventing every possible problem 150% of time. It's also about solving the problems that come up the 0.01%, as in Robert's case.
Personally, I think he should have posted something in the Customer Service section, tried a resolution, rather than get harsh about the company. If 20 of his friends said they loved their vests and the company, why is his ONE experience with it suddenly like the world's crashing in on him?
Granted, he's the unfortunate minority of the rare bad vest from COPS911. However, a simple PM and short time later would have placed him firmly in the majority of satisfied vest owners.
