I have switch all of both mine and my son's pods to these. They are the best. Easy to grab, easy to open, even with gloves on and under fire.

I've burned though two sets of these pods and I won't buy them again.

They are great up front, but eventually the locking mechanism will wear a little and your paint is not longer safe and secure in your vest when you are running around. Found out the hard way, with empty pods or open pods in my vest. Very sad.

Now I prefer anything with a more secure lock and no "easy open" button. Not a bad product, buy at some point they become trust worn out and it was not as long as I thought it should have been (not even two seasons)

You can get them for only $5 at Zephyr, tell if you can find a better one though.

I just got some for the heck of it and love them! I didn't think they would be that different, but they are sweet. I am a small guy, and not that strong. Having to only press a button with my left hand while reloading is a huge advantage. The bumps help it stay snug also. I am not going to list all the positives, because they are already listed in this thread. The only disadvantage I can see is that they are big and may not fit in all packs.

Dye Lock Lids FTW.

You can't open a normal pod with one hand...?

Not nearly as easily as I can with a Lock Lid.
