Help
I just got a Fbomb from the online store and then that weekend i use one in a game. They work great! It is alot easier to throw than a tippmann squad buster. They also have a better spread of paint and their a cool color

The rubber bands are awfully touchy though. I kinda had one blow up on me at work while I was taking the plastic off... I do have proof that they work great though!

Correct me if I am wrong, but aren't F-Bombs and the Atomic Ordnance Big Boy's the same thing?
If so, then these do work great
. I got 5 for a scenario, and while I only used 2, they both worked on the first throw, and had a nice kill zone. With these, there's no more games of 'Hot Potato' that you get with Tippmann grenades or the others that require you to knock a BB out of place.
I give these a 9/10.

Yes, Atomic Ordancies "Big Boys" are the exact same as SpecOps's F-Bombs. SpecOps probably just made a deal with AO for the grenades [and paint color/smell] and then renamed them. Same stuff though.
I haven't had the chance to field test these yet. The only time I got an F-Bomb, I squished it in my paint container and... well... you see:
The moral of the story is - dun touch your F-Bombs! Leave that plastic wrap on until game time!
btw: Do you need to take the rubber band off before throwing? Or do you just chuck that thing?

I have never had one, I am interested in getting the pod rockets, how does it throw paint? I had a squadbuster and it worked it must have been the special edition ones you know the ones that worked. Anyway, when the Squadbuster hit it spun and the paint flew out of the top is that how these grenades work if not how? Thanks

Basically on the Fbombs the rubber band holds the surgical rubber closed, when the Fbomb is thrown and hit then bounces the rubber band comes off, the surgical tubing then constricts shooting the paint fill everywhere. So basicvally yes like the tippmann but much better, thicker and covers just as much area. I have tested to tippmann with the fbomb, the fbomb won hands down and yes the tippmann did deply correctly (on the first try). :ph34r:

Something like that (picture) happened at d-day, I left a pod of paint somewhere, and it merged together from the heat, so i had paint in the shape of a 140 tube, which was pretty cool!
Now for atomic ordnance grenades, i have found that if you cut a small slit in the plastic(not alot, but just enough), that you wont need to worry about removing the plastic when u toss it. And yes, I had one blow up in my face when we first got them. Fun Fun Fun.
