You could refill them. They are made of a surgical type tubing. If you could put the fill in a tube and then inject it into the end of the empty tube, it would work. Just remember that the cost of the fill and time spent doing the work may not be worth it as they are not that expensive to begin with.

I believe the f-bomb is one of the best grenades because the triggering mechanism relies on friction on the opening end to take off the rubber band and 'detonate' instead of pressure. This makes it great for mortar fire and general use without as much worry of premature 'detonation'.

I've used two of the F-bombs and each time the rubber band came off in flight. The second one must have been sitting around too long as all the paint didn't come out and the tubing didn't shrink. Just bought 3 more to play with to see what I might be doing wrong.

The field i worked at until I broke my leg sold these and I can tell you i've never seen one bounce. they didn't normally get outs because they didn't know how to throw grenades, but if you know what you're doing and you aren't squeezing the grenade too tightly when you unwrap it, it works perfectly

I was at a "Big Game" at Canobie Paintball and I heaved an F-bomb as hard as I could. It hit the top of a burm that had at least a half dozen players behind it. The F-bomb bounced up into the air spraying paint everwhere. Needles to say, theyw ere not very happy. Great grenades

Great grenades. The extra length of tubing makes them spin around like crazy. I like them so much I started making them. I use a different trigger. I've never liked the rubber band trigger. If you unwrap one, then your target runs off, you're stuck with a live grenade. I like having the option of putting the pull pin back in. I put 14oz in mine which might be a little overkill but man what a mess they make. Hey, I figured that once Tippmann bought out Atomic Ordinance people would be able to buy the BigBoy grenades everywhere the squadbusters are sold like Wal-Mart and Academy, etc but I haven't seen them anywhere. What's up with that?

I have seen them sold at two different stores that carry paintball gear. One was an amry surplus store and the other is my local paintball store.

You do need to remove the plastic (else you wont be killing many a person) but they do have a good killzone and are easy to throw. The BT grenades are also something worth looking into.

I have the seen both the F-bomb and the BT M-12...now I know alot of guys on here swear by the F-bomb...but from what I've seen the BT's are nasty, there killzone is twice that of the F-bomb. and they are easier to use IMO. no plastic to take off just pull the pin and heave. plus I think it was Maj. Tom on here who said that he actually uses BT's over the f-bomb for that reason. once you take off the plastic on an f-bomb you are commited to using it. the BT however, you can put the pin back if your target has moved or say your hit. so personally these two are the best paint grenades out there but like Death Envoy said look into the BT's as well.
