I ordered a Broadsword IX vest on 3/12/13, order # 100018961, the listed wait time for shipment was 10-14 days. I first called on 3/29/13 for update of order status and was told item would ship the following week, Monday or Wednesday. Called again the next Friday 4/5, told again it would ship next Monday or Wednesday. Called again 4/12, told to expect shipment next Monday or Wednesday. Called again 4/19, told it was shipping on Saturday, expect confirmation by Monday. No confirmation received, called Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 4/22-4/26, cannot get through. Sent multiple emails and left multiple voicemails over this period, no response. I requested an update or I would cancel the order on Monday, no response. I sent a notice to cancel the order on Wednesday, no response.
Update for anyone bothering to read this, I have since talked to Ken (4/26 afternoon) and my order has been cancelled, apparently along with a number of other folks, so at least I have a response.
