They are basically treated like tanks - can only be eliminated with rockets or prop explosives etc. They dont carry markers - but can use rocket launchers, grenades, & nerf swords. They are mostly intended as anti-tank units & recon, but can chase infantry around with their swords. (HILARIOUS to watch by the way).
There are more rules, but thats the basic idea.
Although they seem over powerful, on the field that hasn't been the case. At these events, there have been relatively equal numbers of armor/vehicle units on each side, as well as plenty of players with rockets. Powered Armor can give an edge in a tactical situation, but only for a fairly short period of time
