Changing eRex feed neck Rate Topic: -----

I need a little advice---

First, I have a eRex electric semi, I want to use it to create a M40a3 style rifle (later conversion to bolt action).
I want to change from the standard feed neck to a 10 or 20 round spring fed magazine similar to the RAP4 T68/PT Jr/G2 or the BT SA-17.

Problem converting the neck. Or just removing it, adding an offset rail and mag.
Want to maintain as low a profile as possible. (trying to keep appearance of scope)
Any advice?
