That’s when Evo’s recruitment person visited you in the hospital and made you an offer you couldn’t refuse. They gave you back your body, and you, in turn, give them your loyalty, knowledge, and contacts. The new stuff Evo is coming out with, will make surgery like what you went through, seem like medieval chirurgeon work. Its your job, to protect that technology from falling into anyone else’s hands, no matter what.

You and Andre…Mr. Johnson…used to be partners running your crew. That one bullet changed so much. You took over, and he took that corp job. Your still good friends and he always sends you and your crew the best jobs. Sometimes they may be the toughest and bloodiest, but the cred is always good. You’ve seen enough injuries in your day to understand just what it is your trying to protect. If Aztechnology gets their hands on the nanites, they will only use it for selfish means.

You have been with Slade as long as you can remember. What you remember of your past is hazy. When you woke up after having undergone UGE, you also woke up with a severe case of amnesia. The one thing you did know, and never forgot, was how good you were at driving, piloting, and flying. Slade recruited you specifically for those reasons and you couldn’t have been happier. Now with this job, you can only imagine what those nanites will do with your rigging implants and improving your reaction times.

You were born a dwarf. You grew up with Slade and he always watched out for you. Even in school, you made sure that he never failed and was always at your side. When in the ‘net you are ten feet tall. It is your true home, not this meat and blood body. There you truly feel powerful. You have found out some interesting details about these nanites that Evo is making, though I’m sure they wouldn’t like the idea of someone having their info. For now, you are keeping that information to yourself.

You and Willy are brother and sister. The scary part is your actually fraternal twins. For some reason your genes went one way and Willy’s went the other when you both hit UGE in puberty. Of the two of you, you tend to do things a little more...subtly. You style yourself more like a martial artist rather than mere brute force. You’ve studied several forms of martial arts, truth be told. However, being able to do what you can is mostly due to the cybertech in your body. The idea of it being so much better and more compatible with your own nervous system, things the nanites can do, only makes you drool with anticipation.

You tend to take after most modern day boxers. You are straight forward and brutal. Swords, knives, guns, rockets, it doesn’t matter what you use as long as you get the job done. Having become stronger after the UGE hit you, you’ve only increased that strength with cybertechnology. The idea of becoming even stronger due to the nanites is something of your dreams coming true.

The profit your corporation can derive from such technology is astounding to think of. The uses in a militaristic point of view alone are astronomical. You must get your hands on it.

People come to you and your team when they want something done that doesn’t necessarily sit well with their conscience.

You went from being mister popular, to the butt end of everyone’s jokes. You internalized that in a huge way. Soon enough, you began to only go outside, via the ‘net. Now you are known as one of the best deckers on the west coast. That’s not much help when you’re a near shut-in agoraphobic.

No one in their right mind would call you smart. You are by no means a moron, but you are…very straightforward. Guns, knives, swords…it doesn’t matter. All of those weapons make your opponents go “splat” just the same. The one thing that really bothers you is when people make fun of your speech impediment. You have your fair share of cybertechnology to help augment your already prodigious strength, but you could care less about these new nan..nano…nanthingies that everyone is up in arms about. As long as the cred is good and the food plentiful, you are one happy troll.

You, unlike most, were born a dwarf and didn’t have to suffer the excruciating pain of UGE. That never stopped you from developing “small man” syndrome. You take offense to any and every joke about your height possible. That is one of the reasons you decided to become a rigger. No one can tell how big the person is who is running the two ton killing machine of a drone you are piloting. That being said, you try to avoid taking lives whenever you can, however, punishing those who were cursed enough to be born taller then you are, that is a gift.

You didn’t realize that you had talents with the arcane arts until you happened upon them when a demonstration you were involved with, encountered resistance from some of the hired thugs the corp you were protesting began to hurt the people around you. All it took was that one moment, the huge ball of mana-charged plasma, and the smell of smoking bodies to create the true psychopath you are today. You could care less who you work for, or for how much, so long as you get to create more smoking corpses along the way.
