I recently got a used Ion with a virtue board and had no idea how to use it. I read a bunch of stuff on the board I and I have it down for the most part. Tell me if I'm getting something wrong... I'm just a regular scenario player and have never done tourney stuff. If I do, I imagine I'll find out more, but for the most part the only settings I need to worry about are max ROE and firing mode, right? I set all the debounce etc stuff to default. The last thing that is curious is that after flickering red setting (max ROE) which everything I have read says is the last setting my board goes to a flickering blue. I have no idea what this setting is. If I hit the trigger again it goes to purple, which is firing modes, so I figure it's not telling me that the eyes are in fault mode... or is it? Cuz that's the only other time I know the board to flicker blue. Does anyone have any experience with this!?

There are multiple types of virtue boards. What year is it and what type ?
Here is the programming for the DM's :
Purple: Firing Mode
Green: Debounce
Blue: Ramp Activation Speed
White: Ramp Percentage
Red: Dwell
Teal: Eye Sensitivity
Yellow: AMB (Anti-Mechanical Bounce)
Flickering Green ABS (Anti-Bolt Stick)
Flickering Red: Max Rate of Fire
Eye Operation:
When the marker is turned on the eye system is automatically
enabled. The eyes can be toggled on and off by pressing the
eye button for 1 second. When the eyes are disabled the max
rate of fire will not go over 24bps.
The eye logic differentiates between a ball being fired, and
something continually blocking the eye (like your finger). If
the eye becomes blocked, the LED will flash blue, indicating
an eye malfunction. When the object blocking the eyes is
removed the eye will automatically return to working mode
(solid red or blue LED).
Flashing Green Indicates a low battery (LBI Boards Only)
Solid Blue Ball in Breach; Gun is ready to fire
Solid Red No Ball in Breach
Flashing Red Eyes disabled
Flashing Blue Eye malfunction
