Tough Mudder challenge... ...Team Lockdown will run with the crazy people!

I have added twice a month core conditioning classes to my routine. Hard stuff for a 40+ yr old recently fat guy. Murder on the abs - its like being punched in the gut by a skinny chick.
Had to ease off of running for a few weeks due to a paintball related knee injury in early June, but have started to cautiously hit the trails again in short distances. Will likely be back up to full speed in a few more weeks.
Feeling pretty good overall- havnt felt this strong in 15 years. On track for our run in late September!

Yes I have...and that how I hurt my knee. Was sprinting down a rough slope at full speed & hyper-extended badly....face-planted so hard that a witness said I actually bounced.
But until that it was great. I was haulin' ass all over the field, and never even got out of breath.
