Just machine some grooves into the stock Tippmann rail, it'll work fine for weaver attachments. Make sure you space them properly though...

I was thinking of doing that, but I am making a SIR, and I want a different rear sight, so I'm gonna shave off the rear sight, mount a new one ont what's remaining on the rail, and have the back end of the sight sit nicely on whats left of the rear sight, I'll shave it so it's level with the rail.
