So what was the dumbest mod you ever made? Not dumbest thing you bought......

You know what I mean.......You were awake all night......the design taking shape in your mind during the wee hours of the morning.......

Eventually you get out your tools and try to make the thing....and it turns out to be....the.worst.disaster.ever.

Dumbest mod I did was trying to cut up a 6" weaver rail to make it 2" and mount it on my flatline using nothing but two poorly drilled holes and some washers. Lmao. God times when drunk

Dumbest Mod? I did a variation of the Pen Spring mod on my friends 98 Custom. Cause he bought it, and a few months later realized he wanted something that he could shoot faster. So instead of buying a new gun or one of the GTA mods (Response Trigger or E-Bolt), he tried to make the trigger walk like an electro. He proceeded to fail in the most extreme of ways.

After he bought a new hammer, I took a run at it. And got it so he could walk the trigger on his 98. And it didn't do jack because it's a friggin' 98 Custom. Once you hit a certain point, it's an unruly beast.

Well I upgraded a stingray2, new barrel polished the internals (not that they actually polish), created a vertical ASA, and got a fancy cheap red dot sight.

Yup that was a waisted endevor.
