That's what I just had for lunch!

Except my mac&cheese was some off-brand...
And my brat was actually the world's cheapest hot dog...
And instead of beer it was water...

We made deer jerkey from the rib meet this year. We hadn't ever used that part of the deer. Ohhhhhh how we were missing out.

And I really want to make a thread called the other white meat thread.

WOW ...its like a dream come true !

i do however, respectfully have to disagree with the ranking of the thanksgiving day turkey and sliced turkey. And I would have to find a spot for Brats

but this is impressive to say the least !

there is something to be said for the mixing of meats. Just like mixing metals can give you a superior alloy, adding bacon with turkey, ham and roast beef can give you a premium hoagie !! mmmm-mmmmmm

So, as you may or may not know, today (4/12) was National Grilled Cheese day.
As such, I had to celebrate at work. But, just throwing down some bread and cheese will not suffice.

As such, I present the 'Cheddar Turkey Bacon grilled cheese, with Parmesan Crust'!

The Parmesan Crust originates from my 'Five Grilled Cheese' sandwich. Basically, I blow people's minds by including the last cheese (shredded Parmesan) on the OUTSIDE OF THE SANDWICH!!!!

So I'm working at this new pub. Originally, we were using the owner's corned beef recipe. Then one day I saw it and said 'wtf you doing?'

His recipe had all sorts of stuff in it.

Mine is equal parts water, salt, and guinness, then some sugar, and my spices. We did a taste test one day. 45 out of 57 people preferred my version.
Now I get paid more and get more hours. The difference? My great-grandparents recipe used a lager (the original recipe is with some local lager that had been out of business for a few decades).
I just switched it to guinness for the sake of this place being an irish pub.

My job is to be an asshole. I excel at the position.
