I've spotted a couple elk recently around here in North Alabama. But there ain't many, they were recently reintroduced, but they haven't reproduced as well as they thought they would. They used to run rampant in these parts, hence the Elk river, my old town Elkmont, and my current town elkton.


But they were all killed off by the settlers,

lol .... that reminds me of "back to the future" when they run over that pine tree that was the name of the mall in the future.
