And Irene is nice compared to when I was clearing out houses after katrina...there was less than 50 people that died so you don't have to worry about running into any biological bits while you're clearing
I'm sure Irene isn't bad compared to Katrina, we do have an issue with sewage and there was several gas tanks that leaked, as well as kerosene that leaked. The towns are really bad, in the past 4 days we have gutted the downstairs of 25 houses at least, and will do another 4-5 tomorrow. While I'm sure it's no Katrina it is, still really rather bad, nothing in the bottom floors could be saved, and in one local town Prattsville, it's pretty much just gone, the entire town was up to the roofs and most got swept away.
