If you have or can acquire a set of ultralights, just buy the density upgrade and *BAM* Action Ghillie!!! <-- Channeling my Inner Emril.

That is a good question, I've never built one myself. I'm sure someone on here can answer that.
Just looking at the AG article, it says "4 selected patterns (100 sq ft)," so I would think 4 sets? In the SO Store, it says each pack is 24 sq ft, so 4 sets looks like it would do the trick, but a 5th would be recommended to fill it out, and for any eventual repairs.

I did it to my old BDUs with a Density kit and had enough for the blouse with one kit. I need another for the pants, however. And I'm 6' 1' for reference.
