Like I said, it's order #100018417. I don't mind waiting a few more days because I can't play until next week, but regardless it's been over a week with nothing but a confirmation email.

And to clarify, the order didn't include custom goods, just a v-force profiler lens, a barrel swab, and a t-shirt.
