Considering all of the mods available for your Tippy's and B4's, what would be cool would be a universal drop in Milsim shroud for a majority of electro markers.
Something that has a body with offset or side mounted picatinny rails, a stock attachment point/integrated stock and a folding and/or clip in top section with space for the feedneck. All this could be fastened with screw-in soft clamps to ensure the marker doesn't get damaged or move around........
Just a thought, but this would be cool : )

While the concept is good (and something I would buy) it would be tough to do because of all of the different shapes of various electro guns

Agreed. There are way too many differences in all the markers to have a "universal" shroud.
Sure, something like that would likely sell pretty well but it's not practical. There are however all kinds of airsoft shell mods that players have done.

sounds like the BlackCell project SO had for the ION awhile back. With all the peripherals they made for it, different base bodies (for Ion, Mini, AXE, ect) would expand the range a bit, since the stocks and extras would be all universal fit for the base bodies

Would it work with a basic shell that has a composite memory foam on the inside? That would take care of the shock absorbtion factor as well as minimal pressure placed upon the marker.
The only thing I've seen that is remotely close is a Ruger Mini 14 shell, but those are illegal here in Oz....stupid firearms laws.........
