Summer Goals

For this summer, I plan on training and lifting for football this fall. Its my senior year there and I plan on playing in college as it will be the only way Ill be able to afford 8 years of school.
I plan on working mainly on my schools main three lifts as these are what many colleges look for in athletes. The first number is what I am currently at, the second is where I will hopefully be at come fall.
Bench: 310, 350
Squat: 460, 500
Power Clean: 215, 240
I also take Tae Kwon Do classes which help a lot in football, balance, and power placement. I am also attending the schools Speed and Agility program which starts tomorrow at 730. I think its about two hours a session and they have three a day and its on four times a week.
I also plan on attending the Mankato State University ol/dl camp and the Aberdjeen State camp. If any of you know or went through these and made the transition to college ball, any advice or help will be very helpful. Or, if you know any certain workouts that would pertain to and help in football would really help.

And maybe finding a new job. Because mine is pissing me off.
We put our glass to the sky and lift up. And live tonight 'cause you can't take it with ya. So raise a pint for the people that aren't with us. And live tonight 'cause you can't take it with ya...

My goal is to run a 11:30 two mile. I am running it in 13 now, but I have recently been recovering from an injury.
I also want to be able to bench my weight, so 170 is my minimum for that by the end of summer. I would rather hit 200, but I have not been lifting frequently or hard enough to do that i think.

If I cut down my fat, it'll get replaced with muscle, and if anything I gain weight. I definitely need to get back in a gym this summer.

I can also push a car for a mile solo. I wish I didn't know that though.
