Ha, by the time i get enough money, it will be well into at least the end of january, if not later, thus making it around $300.

And that is quite a bit smaller fram than the above, I like that. And it'd save me in cost for paint.

And perhaps my eyes deceive me, but is the barrel on the black pump curved?

It does look bent but it's probably an optical illusion caused by the surface it's on.

Its the distortion caused by the cameras lense. Look at almost any paintball picture where the barrel is near the corners of the picture, more expensive cameras distort less.

My pump knowledge is about 1 on a scale of 100, but wouldn't there be something like detents by now? Otherwise it would need to be a undersized bore or else everytime you went to cock it with the stock mag you'd roll the ball halfway down the barrel. That or they expect you have a really fast pump technique.

Watch the video...at the 1:14 mark they start talking about the detent...at the 1:38 mark you can see that they are using a Tippmann style detent.
