Used: Look for older Ego's, Etek, UL Rail. Or you could get a fully upgraded Promaster. It'll rip just as much as any new marker.

G3/G4.. decent markers, but I don't trust the regs or ASAs.. I've had way too many problems with DP quality control on those parts in particular. If you pick one up used with a cp reg or something, sweet.
PM/DM/PMR.. nice markers, maintenance intensive (comparatively), can be picky in the cold.
Intimidators.. Also nice, but large and heavy for my taste (I have little bitty stick arms).
Older Cyborgs (05-07).. same as Intimidators, and sometimes hard to find parts for.
Eteks.. Solid choice here if you like stacked-tube markers. I personally shoot single-tube (even if it's a single tube poppit like the Mini) more naturally.

I wonder if I could turn one of those "Rascal" scooter thingies into an old-guy paintball tank? -Violator
