Thoughts? Seems gimmicky to me - trying to steal a bit of Palmer's pie. What people don't realise is the elliptical honing is a big part of Palmer's barrels, even if brass has the least friction or not.

You would think less friction ruins the "rifling effect" :rolleyes:

The two Palmer barrels I've owned have been my favorites... thinking about saving up for an TL. So brass definitely interests me.

But, I hear ya about the brass/rifling combo - doesn't quite add up :blink:

Brass is good, so Im ok with that. I'd have to see one in person to judge the rest.

You need to shoot a HammerHead then and tell me you do not notice a difference.

The barrels speak for themselves once you use them.

As for brass, I have no idea if it is going to help. As stated, the elipticle honning done by Palmers is part of the performace they generate as well as the ability to shoot anything round.
The added weight of the brass will tend to reduce movement of the gun duing use, so that is going to help. I would imagine brass does help a bit....and they do look nice to boot.
