Get full hand gloves but have a thin layer under them. Have handwarmers in the middle. WARM!

I am going to suggest something a little more expensive. Under Armor gloves.
I used them in football, because Friday nights here in October and November can get pretty chilly.
Started using them in paintball under my PCS Sniper gloves, and I never had a problem with my hands getting cold.
...my feet, however, are constantly just slightly above freezing. Any suggestions there? And yes, I have multiple pairs of wool socks.

My job is to be an asshole. I excel at the position.

I always had problems with my under armor gloves in football. Maybe i was just buying the wrong kind.
As for the feet good luck.

My hands & feet are cold almost all the time... poor circulation to them my whole life.
Hands - I own a pair of "Hotfingers" gloves. I found them at Dick's a few years ago & they rock. They have a leather/stretchy mat'l shell w/ a micro fleece liner but are not bulky at all, have great dexterity. They work very well for me for most winter days. Once or twice a winter I'll throw on a pair of fleece mittens (w/ the foldback top) & stuff handwarmers in them though.
Feet - These. I won't play in cold weather without them. I've tried the little toe warmers & they just don't cut it, but w/ these full length footbed versions my boots feel like ovens.

Outdoor Research PL series (PL100, PL150, etc.) gloves are something I discovered in the military. Incredible dexterity along with warmth and wind resistance. Nothing comes close. They are cheapest at altrec.com though Sierra Outdoors and Backcountry.com sometimes have them on sale.
