The bolt isn't forward of the sear ? If you had it apart and put it back together with the bolt oriented towards the rear of the tube it rides on, it will give you this result.

well it was never disassembled before the problem by us...and when he get it it was operational

i tore it down and reassembled, bolt forword and all, and i must have pulled the shell from at least 5 round out of the trigger mechinism, bolt area and lower receiver. could this have caused the problem, all the paint and bits.

Without question. Except for one. Now that you've cleaned it, does it work?

Ensure all the springs in the trigger assembly are tucked in and not sticking out.

Crossfire 12grams are fine bud, I used them for years, I'm using them now in my T8.1

Only others I've had are brass eagle, can't remember where I got them but I know I've had them before. They're the same from what I can tell.

Needs a new seal in the 12g changer? You could always give Tiberius a call I believe I've heard decent things about their customer service...?

EDIT: Your main issue with Crosman 12ies MIGHT be that they occasionally come empty or not full. You'll get some that work, for sure.

where does the gas blow out from? does it blow out the top of the mag when he first put the 12 gram in or does it blow out the back when he puts the mag into the gun?

I had the problem with an SA8 like that, all it needed was some oiling as some parts were sticking.

Make sure you follow the tuning guide in the back of the manual to set the relief valve if it's leaking-95% of the time, that's the cause of all Tiberius problems. It's a little touchy at first, but once it's set, it's set unless there's a big temperature or elevation change between playing locations.

As for ups-buy him a Lapco Str8shot barrel with the threaded tip-that way, you can put on different tips for cosmetics, or an Apex tip if you want. More mags are always good, and get a GOOD holster-Tacs are heavy pieces, and if you get a crappy holster, it'll be flying all over the place and generally be a giant pain in the butt.
