A Phantom is narrow enough that you could probably find a set of scope ring mounts to fit it. Get an SC body, mill out the feedneck to fit a FS round, mount it upside-down and you're set. You'd have to take the return spring off the Phantom, otherwise you'd need 3 hands to load it, but it's pretty doable.

Or for under barrel, just mount a t 8.1. Like you could duct tape it there.
