it's a '98 or newer right-feed WGP Autococker. That might be the slightly shorter ram found in the '99+ models. What's the serial number?
For your reference, the marker is sporting an aftermarket chrome- or nickel-plated single finger slider gripframe (is there a brand logo on there?), an aftermarket barrel of some sort, a Shocktech bolt pullpin and potentially a Superfly bolt, and an aftermarket cocking rod and beavertail.
edit: price range unfortunately isn't much. most likely a bit under $100, especially without an HPR.
