Your telling him that sucks, yet you sued for pain and suffering. Which is most likely what this guy is doing, unless his car required more work than the policy offered, in that case he is completely right to sue though. Pain and suffering is nothing more than a way to get free money for greedy people.
My parents sued, I had no say in that decision, as I was in a coma I had no pain, however, my father working all day and staying in my room all night and my mother staying all day and crashing at a Ronald Mcdonald House at night, cause home was an hour drive away as opposed to five minutes, they may have had some pain and suffering.
