ok here is all of the paint I use in order from left to right.

the first step is pretty easy, just mask off the parts you don't want to paint. All I did was roll up a paper towel and put it inside so I wouldn't paint the rubber. also if you are painting metal you will want to sand it down to give the paint something to hang onto. also you might want to use primer. I'm painting plastic with krylon fusion so I didn't bother with it during this paintjob.
now apply the highlite color. usualy you would use a very light green... but I couldn't find a green spray paint can that was close to the propper shade so I instead used ivory white. It's a off-white and works great.

apply stencils.

every stencil you put down is going to come out(in the finished product) as a spot of the color it is covering up.
here like this

ok so I was having problems with the next coat seaping under the stencils so to stop this you could apply thin layers of paint or because I'm impatient I just hit it with annother coat of the same color to seal the tape edges. like this:

now hit it with the shadows color. use a dark brown color.

now second verse same as the first. apply stencils!

and paint over it to stop overspray.

then the green

dif green

then top it all off with some tan without any more stencils.

then carefuly pull off all of the stencils

the other sides:

now someone please post a reply so I can add more pictures.
