Help
ok i have a tippmann pro lite, and i loves it! problem is that i want a nicer barrel than the stock one. i own a double trouble and have 2 apexes, and 2 16" smart parts with thread adapters to fit a-5's.
problem is i cleaned my pro lite and decided to test to see if i could put one of them on, and the front shroud wont fit. the threads seemed to match, but i couldnt quite tell (bad eyes/lighting). so is there anyone out there that could tell me how to get a nice barrel on this puppy without modding the main shroud?

i had this problem with my first barrel for the prolite,
any barrel for the pro needs to be barrel (no protrutions) in order to get past the shroud.

If you want you can ream out the inside of the stock handle or drill it wider so it can fit a wider barrel. Or get somethign like a Lapco that has no frills and bumps on it

i'm a little weary of drilling the shroud out cause i dont want it to fail during play, cause it supports the weight of the hopper. but i guess i can try. a pro lite with an apex would be schweet!
