Well, this day-in-age the force feed hoppers are dirt cheap. Personally I would recommend the torque. It uses a slip clutch system which uses magnets to turn the impeller and when it meets resistance, since the motor and impeller are held together with only magnets it can spin around and instantly snaps to when it no longer feels resistance. It's also not that expensive.
You can also get a Z board eggy for like $20 used, torque may run you $30-40 used.

For a blowback using a stock mechanical trigger I highly recommend the Archon hopper. Me and a few other guys at the field have used them for years and love 'em. They'll feed as fast as you can pull the trigger.
I only recommend them for blowbacks using a stock mech trigger. They work off the blowback pressure going up the feedneck and the recoil shaking the marker. You also can't pack the hopper completely full of paint. You have to leave a little room for the balls to move around.
Just get on ebay and search Archon hopper.

A ricochet AK , or Apache loader are excellent agitating hoppers that are basic and reliable.
Kingman Fasta loaders are also nice as well and are fairly cheap

For a 98 definitely go with the Tacamo Arch. No batteries but will constantly feed. Plus its only 5 dollars
