so I recently bought a c-series barrel that has a .691 bore size. so can anyone reccomend a good quality paint that is close to that size? preferably that can be purchased from acdemy. I think that I can get any of these: http://www.academy.com/index.php?entqr=0&a...d=1&start=0

also I will be fireing these out of my tippmann 98 so I don't want the shell to be too brittle and break in my gun.

Try the Stinger or the Spyder Black label. Both decent paint for the money and will work fine in your 98C. ALWAYS OPEN THE BOX AND INSPECT THE PAINT BEFORE YOU BUY IT.

Thanks, I have used stinger before but I always wondered if the black label stuff was any good.

any one else have any suggestions?

my suggestion is first to check all the places you are going to play and make a list of "Not Allowed Paint"

not sure why but my local place does not allow Monster paint at all... not sure why...

I sorta run the place where I play so almost all paint (except monsterballs) are allowed. we even have one dude that has a airsoft gun loaded with 6mm paintballs.

monster balls aren't allowed because... they are a certifiable less than lethal projectiles. there is a thread about them here somewhere. go check it out. there is also a tech pb video about them(with lots of swearing).
