From 1942 to 1945 during World War II the wealth of 12 Asian countries,
accumulated over thousands of years was systematically plundered by the invading
army of Japan. Expert teams accompanying Japan armed forces emptied treasuries,
banks, factories, private homes, pawn shops, art galleries, confiscated temple
treasures and stripped ordinary people, while Japan's top gangsters looted Asia's
underworld and its black economy. All this treasure was shipped to the Philippines
for shipment to Japan. Growing Allied control of shipping routes made it
increasingly difficult for the Japanese to transport such a cargo safely, and much of
it was concealed in the Philippines.

The person responsible for this task was General Yamashta. much of this treasure
was assembled and buried before his arrival in the Philippines. Some of the treasure is
alleged to have been buried by prisoners of war that were then entombed with the
riches in booby-trapped locations. There were 175 Imperial treasure sites hidden
throughout the Philippines. When the American forces were close, the chief engineers
of the vaults were given a fare well party 67 meters undergrounds in Tunnel 8 in the
mountains of Luzon, stacked with rows after rows of gold bars. As the evening
progressed, they drank great quantities of wine, sang patriotic songs and shouted
Banzai (long life). At midnight, General Yamashta and his body guards slipped out,
and dynamite charges were set off in the access tunnels, entombing the engineers.
In the hope of the vaults and the exact location would remain secret.

Three months later General Yamashta surrendered to American troops. Japan had
lost the war militarily, but Yamashta and his body guards made certain Japan did not
lose financially. For one year this grisly event would remain unknown until a sick and
fever ridden imperial Japanese guard stumble out of the jungle telling of great
treasures of gold hidden in the Philippine jungles guarded by over 300 of Yamashta
imperial body guards. Their last orders were to guard the Emperor Gold until the
Japanese Army had driven the Americans off the island. He told of large underground
fortified bases connected by tunnels which housed living spaces for troops, food
storage, Japanese/German build long range V -1, V - 2 rocket launch sites, and even
an underground airfield with several Japanese A6M2 Mitsubishi Zeros. As the U.S. Army officers
stood around listening to the soldier they realized that the jungles may still contain over
300 dug in heavily armed Japanese soldiers who were sitting on about $ 500 Billion
dollars worth of gold bullion, platinum, and loose diamonds, and would be willing to
die for their Emperors Gold.

Randy is looking for Generals for this game. If you think you would like to be one of the leaders contact him at the field.

Red Japanese team led by Capt. Kito, will fight out of the North base by the road/chrono station.

Blue U.S. Army team led by Col. Reid, will fight out of the South base in the trees.

Randy may let the first General who signs up pick which side ( Red or Blue ), and base they would like
to fight out of. So give him a call for that first pick.

He's a photo of two of six attack air craft that we will use during the game.
one Japanese MA6M2 Mitsubishi Zero, and one F4U Black sheep Corsair.

These will be used during special air to air dog fights, and bombing runs on
hostile positions.

Game update for Yamashta Gold.

We changed the spelling of Yamashta so we now can call it Yamashta Gold.

Each side will have three attack air craft that they can use during the game.

The attack air craft will have several missions they will need to complete for points.
The only way to eliminate/down an attack air craft is by being shot with a paintball from
another attack air craft. Attack air craft can use a paintball gun, and carry a hand held
laws rocket to complete the following missions.

Missions:

1. Air to Air dog fight with a enemy air craft.
2. Escort of air transport (rope on a stick) craft by attack air craft.
3. Air craft attack on enemy air transport craft (rope on a stick).
4. Kamikaze attack by attack air craft.
5. Attack air craft bombing run.

Back by popular demand, Sniper missions using the First Strike Rounds.

We will have the FSR's for sell at the game for the Sniper role ID player to buy.

You the player must have your own paintball gun that can fire the FSR's.

This time the missions will be called out as reg. missions during play.

Each side will have ( TWO ) sniper that can run the missions.

Following targets you will be hunting down during your missions.

1. Enemy General.
2. Enemy XO.
3. Enemy Sniper.
4. Enemy Secret Agent.

Plus each of the targets you will be hunting down will also have their own
missions that they must run during the game out on the field. So your targets
will be out and about around the field, and not hidding in some command building.

Sounds like a good mission for the sniper to escort his command staff around the field? :(

Do we have to use the FSR? Really don't need them IMO. Can we purchase differnet color paint at the event so when the target is down, they know it was from a sniper and we can make it that only peeps with a sniper role card can purchase the paint and carry that paint on them.

Only FSR's, this is a one shot one kill type mission. By using the FSR's the sniper is limited to the # of rounds he has and can carry.

No problem. The sniper missions we ran during the Ops Sam Site game went real good, and the players seam to like them.
This time instead of just extra missions the sniper missions will be regular missions in the game call packs we do now.
So each hour during day time play the sides two snipers could have a high point mission to run that they will have to work together
to complete. Thats 8 to 10 missions they could run during the game.

Man! Got a lot done this week end.
The things I have sitting in my back yard right now, hope the big eye in the sky is not looking down
on me.

6 Attack air craft.
4 New non-mobile rocket launch sites. (Hope the tarp is still on them, so the big eye can't see them). :D
2 New non-mobile / non - firing Secret Super Cannons, with Special War Head Rounds. (Hope the next door neighbor not calling the COPs
about now). ;)
1 New Japanese Radar Station.
8 New War Head props.
20 Treasure Boxes.
20 Forture Cookies props with some "Good" & "Bad" things insided.
?? Bags of gold.
?? Gold bricks.
plus 14 other mission type props.

As for Generals, Randy is waiting for the two players he talked to the other day to get back with him.
