Sp-1 question

So the SP-1 has all these tactical rails which is all fine and dandy. But, the rail behind the feedneck seems a little pointless. I know you could buy a 45 degree offset for a red dot but would there be some other way to do it without modifiying the breech. So how would I mount a red dot sight in this situation?

Mount it behind the feedneck like it wasn't there and use both eyes when you shoot. Your eyes will line up the dot from one eye and the target from the other and overlap them perfectly.

That's what's called an Occluded sight when you do that. Works like a charm.
They even sell red dots specifically for this purpose...dye Izon and a few others are out there. ANy normal red dot will work too.

I never knew about that concept either. I'll have to try that out.

"Wrong" and "HeadshotPhantom" don't belong in the same sentence unless "wrong" is accompanied by "not" immediately before it.

Another question is there such thing as an A5 stock adapter plate for the SP-1? I'm thinking about putting the Tacamo Socom stock on it

There is only the Tippmann 98 stock plate for it.
Coming soon.

Would there be a way of modding it to fit an A-5 stock?
