That gaping hole by the mouth has direction baffels that prevent paint from entering there.

Looks to me that so far Angel has offered up more coverage than Dye has for the lower face.
Now the top is a whole 'nother story!

I do not want to end up lke ThirdI...

ThirdI is a member here. As I recall he was hit in the forehead with a hotshot that left a scar.

He was wearing a mask with no visor and a ballcap backwards while playing. Entered a building to find the last guy in a rec game...who promtly shot him in the head. Close range...gun shooting around 350.
Nice center of the forehead open wound....hence his field name forever changing to ThirdI.

Scar is still there...four years later.

Woah. How did I miss this...

Anyways. I am glad I have small head :)

These are one of the few masks that the clear lens looks good on it I think. I am going to wait for the reviews, and then maybe pick one of these up.

In some of the pictures, they look sick. In some they make you look like a bug...

Hmmmmm

I have a huge head...that thing would look disgusting.
"I could be your third wheel."
"You know that's not a good thing right?"
"Of course it is, it adds more grip, greater stability"

"Gives it color he says, it'll look good he says...Filthy liar" (in regards to Puzuma)

Without the option for a visor I really am not interested in one. Sad to say.

I like them, but I value the usfullness of a visor in the woods more than looking good.

Eh, how it looks though, yo could easily wear a hat with a stiff brim to make up for it, and it wouldn't get in the way of the mask.

I can actually see mil-sim's getting this to let the sim-helmets fit the way they are supposed to.

Either way, i still want one

Thought about the hat. But upon looking closer I realized the lens has two hig point just above the eye brows to keep the insect look. THis would make it harp to get the hat in the right place.
Plus I kinda like the protection on my neck from the brim of my Turtle Hat!

I just want an excuse not to spend money...thats it...

Do it. Can't do any worse than the look of Angel's new marker...

Well I mean some people here are worrying how much it would hurt to be shot there but a clean hit to the temple could easily kill or damage something mentally I suspect B) hence my...reluctance.

I'm going to save my pennies for one. JT whippersnappers didn't have forehead protection either.

Getting hit in the forehead doesn't bother me. A dozen shots with nearly frozen solid paintballs (in a winter game) sucks, warm wet ones will be a breeze.

Man the '80s were fun!
