whats the best bore match for J&J ceramic barrels? also just a good paint to buy in general ive never been informed on whats the best out there

Unless you're shooting a Flatline or something similar, barrels usually aren't picky on paint, especially not a J&J Ceramic. Though it really depends on the bore of your J&J Ceramic. Since J&J doesn't give buyers the option of choosing bore sizes, they probably make them large enough to accommodate the vast majority of paint on the market. That means it'll probably be around .689-.691, meaning you'll be able to shoot just about anything.

Marballizers by RPS are purportedly "the best" but they're around $68 a case. I've had good experience with RPS Premium. I've never heard anything bad about any of Draxxus' paint. Even their rec-grade (cheap paint for poor newbs) paint gets very high marks on pbreview.com. Nelson paintballs are pretty cheap and have received good reviews here and elsewhere, particularly their "Special Forces," and "Anarchy" line. Diablo paint gets mixed reviews, the general feeling it that they're too hard. Evil paintballs are pretty good too from what I hear.

The X.O. Designer series received the highest overall score, although with only four total reviews I wouldn't necessarily trust that number. Judging by pbreview.com alone, XBall Gold, Zap Chronic Ultimate, Worr Perfection, and X.O. Vein are also very high quality products.

From personal experience, I know Marballizers are one of the best out there. Here is their pbreview page. With an average score of 9.2 across over 400 reviews, I'd say they're a pretty strong contender!

You can shoot just about anything through a J&J ceramic. You only need to get picky if you are using a kit where consistent sized and overall high quality paint makes a big difference.

I use a straightline with really good paint and my J&J ceramic saves me on crappy paint days

J&J Barrels (aside from the Edge Barrel kit) are typcially between .688 and .689

out of my 98 and j&j i like visible impacts from walmart. They work way better then my friend using marbs, and other one gave me some draxxus gold. It was cool to try, but i like the VI's.
