i was wandering if it is a good marker for woods ball for the price
and will it work with a q loader

As far as I can tell the BT-Omega looks like a BT-4 Assault but with a magazine. My very first marker was a BT-4 Assault and it was for the most part a decent marker, it is on the heavier side so I suggest you get a remote line for it, as it feels much lighter and more comfortable with the stock when you don't have the tank coming off of the air source adapter on the bottom of the grip frame. As for the Q-Loader it should work, but be warned, while I haven't heard much about Q-Loaders in years, when I did hear about them I've mixed things about them, I've heard that they jam, and will at times break balls but then again I've never used one and with the time I've been out of paintball the company than makes the Q-Loader could have fixed those issues.

qloader is a must. BUT they require patience.
