yes, thats nice.

....though the black barrel might stick out easy and get you spotted. might give it a classic olive drab.?

Yeah, I thought of camo-ing the barrel, but I like how the black breaks it up a lil, plus since I can't paint the grips, I kind of want some black here and there. That's why I didn't paint the mag. And, I don't really hide much when using this marker, I just kind of did it cause I liked it; I've got another marker that I "snipe" with. But olive drab sounds interesting, I'll definitely consider it... You guys should swing over to the marker gallery and check out this baby now...

HA yeah, he wanted my 98 cause it was "painted cool". I tried to talk him into painting the alpha black himself,(before we traded) but he wanted to trade- so I did, then went home and painted this! Oh and heres an updated pic with the new mag-Attached File  IMG_0592.JPG (208.04K)

Thanks guys! The boxmag is for an airsoft gun. I think I ordered it from Amazon.com. You can find 'em on eBay too, 'bout 30 bucks give or take a few. Then I put a halo b drive in it, added some warp hose and there ya go. I got the idea from Warwich's TM-15, he's got more info on his build somewhere on this site.

Love the black accents. I've seen entire AB's done in camo & they tend to look like toys. Yours has a nice real steel look to it. Did you do a how-to write up on this pattern when you posted your 98? It seems pretty self-explanatory, but I'd like to know how you accomplished it.
