Ok realtalk.

Techpb is pretty much hated by most, not all, people.

The nation is a great forum if you know where to look and you arent and idiot...there is alot of info and alot of resources if you use them right you will be treated fair and not made fun of...if your a dumbass and make posts like "Hey looking for a team" or things similar people will bash you because you should just check free agent threads or team tryout threads or make your own team tryout thread.

Just fyi most players, unless you find a bunch your age, will not be attracted to a team run by 14 year old kids. But the nation is a great place to meet people to get together for games and such and just get a friend base that can expand into a team.

When I was 15 I started a pump team on the nation. We started with a bunch of kids no older than 16 and one kid was 13...we used to have our moms drop us off cause nobody had a license. But once people saw us practicing and at tourneys and our jerseys older, legit players joined and we actually had a pretty good squad. The team ended up falling apart due to lack of motivation, go figures, but for about 6 months we went from literally a buncha kids to a legit team playing some of the top pump teams in so cal, like hitmen, blowfish, and chikun nuggetz when pump was HUGE down there.

I can't stand some people on the nation. There attitudes and everything on BST. If you want me to give some examples, I will. Though, there are some great guys on there. And I didn't make a thread like that, but I did contact some people that were on the team tryout thread. Though, there isn't really anything.

Teddy. We are 15 :D I am not really looking to expand the team, just to be able to compete in tournaments. We are going to play a 3 man one at the end of march.

Just dont worry about things like jerseys and getting a huge roster together that will almost always kill a team.

If you have 3 guys that are solid then just get a same color longsleeve, maybe go as far to get it lettered. The more you play at fields you will meet people and expand team. Thats the best way to keep something that lasts and is fun for everyone.
