Hey everyone, i just got my SP1 from ANS gear and after popping it open it has a red bolt, it looks just like a fire bolt. All the original packaging was there and even the shrink wrap on the outside of the box was untouched. Anyone else had this happen? Also anyway to confirm its a fire bolt? Thanks!

As far as I can tell the sp-1 comes with a fire bolt, as the smart parts website doesn't offer a fire bolt after market for it. Not 100% on this. I have an Ion that I had to buy a fire bolt for, but my cousin bought one 2 years ago, bnib, and it had a fire bolt in it. I think they're now the standard for the ion-sp series. A fire bolt is really light, kinda like a ball point pen. My stock Ion bolt was like a full can of soda comparably. Hope this helps and enjoy.

The company started including firebolts as stock after they ran out of the stock bolts. Consider yourself lucky.

I ordered one in the middle of december, and i got the stock bolt in mine. Luckly i had two firebolts just laying around so:)

Did you order from a retailer or a store? The retailer most likely had extra SP-1's in stock.
