had my playing pair of magnums since 04 and lots of the color is gone.
easy to maintain, can handle simple and high end cleaners and conditioners and flat out hold up like an old school tonka trunk.
me like magnums

If you want a cheaper pair, tru-spec makes good boots in the $30 range. I have a pair of them. They are pretty good for the price.

I like them quite a bit, i certainly feel more comfortable running up and down trails now then i did in cleats
Pro's would be:
they are lighter (or seem lighter) than my nike cleats
durable and breathable
comfortable after i broke them in
the ankle support is nice, i nearly twisted mine several times in cleats, which is why i'm using boots
con's would be:
i didn't break them in before i ran around, and i suppose i wasn't wearing the best socks, so they rubbed some places wrong that day
i'm not used to boots, so they're a little awkward to run in
range of ankle motion is somewhat limited, and takes some getting used to
i didn't realize they came in desert tan, which probably would have fit my omnipat better
