Now I dont claim this is the best barrel. In general terms this is a great barrel.
You can pick one up for like $35 online.
Its light and accurate
they make it for (almost) any gun
I dont know about others experiences but mine seems to clean itself
ex.
ball breaks, after about six shots the barrel is back to normal accuracy (with no squeegieing, however you spell it)

For the price it is a great barrel for anyone looking to step up from stock

I like J&J 14 inch barrel on the 98 c and the A5 both. I have no complaints about the barrel and it does have the accuracy that people claim it has.

The cleaning out of itself does happen after a ball break should you have one while playing. About 6 shots through it and you have the barrel cleaned out and back to normal. It is a barrel that does not make much noise either conmpared to some of the other barrels that I have tried and others have.

just my 2 cents is all....

Accuracy tops out on most barrels at 13'' (I think I heard that in the Spec Ops officer test), so the only HUGE difference between the 12'' and 14'' is maybe the 14'' uses a bit more air. The accuracy difference shouldn't be too big, at all.

The only real advantage to buying a 14'' is that they are much more common, and thus you can get better deals on them.

amazingly accurate and silent. was using stock barrel before J&J and sounded like a bloody cannon. put this on and now all i hear is the ping of my internals. absolutly no sound from the barrel ive put my ear to it while firing and cant hear nothin. Accurate too. can place the same ball almost directly ontop of each other at 50 ft and at 75ft only 2 out of 10 verred off due to wind

12"-14" ones are deffinatly worth the investment, i got the 14" and i'm never gonna buy another barrel for my a-5

The game is only over when all the little kids go home saying...."we need to buy some tippmanns".
