When you guys superman, should your marker be in a specific hand? Say you are superman sliding into snake. Do you have your marker on your inside, outside? Or what?

I never superman slide lol. Even into the snake. Ive always preferred more of a baseball slide because its easier to get up and run afterwords. Not to mention Id rather face up than face down. But yea, marker on the outside.

Gun hand palm up, supposivdly both hands are supposed to be palm up (breaking your wrist) but alot of people use thier non-gun hand to steer themselves in, which I do.
