i seen a few people with the old style egrip and they installed a little rubber button to change the firing modes. i did a little research on the internet and saw some boards come with the button. is there anyway to pick up a button for the orginal a5 egrip with out buying a whole new board.

The original e-grip used a small phillips screwdriver to change the firing mode and flat tip for rof. (IIRC) Then came the WAS design.

Are you sure you're thinking factoy board?

yeah i used an allen key to change my modes, maybe i'm thinking of the wrong board. but i trying to find a button to go over the board's button. if you look at a virtue A5 board they have a little rubber button so you don't need to use an allen key to change firing modes.

This is a personal modification for the WAS Equalizer board, I don't know that you can get it from a factory. The WAS board is supposed to be tourney-legal since it requires tools to change the firing mode away from a pure semi, though it's not hard to find an amenable stick on the ground to do it either. Check here for some pictures and info.
