would it hurt to run an expansion chamber or gas thru grip on an autococker, specifically a trilly

Expansion chambers are only usefully for CO2. The trillogy is regulated so you can't replace the reg with an expansion chamber.

I think you should look at a palmer stab if using CO2 and you are concerned.

As for your question: would it hurt? No ... it will not hurt reguardless which gas you use.
